After yesterday’s story below about inheriting points, it was clear that this was not something most had given much thought to.

I guess that’s logical considering all the other more important considerations we are forced to deal with when a loved one passes on.

But these points have real value, and in many cases the people who collected these points would be happy knowing they were being used by a son or daughter, or even the grandchildren.

You can almost buy the points for what they charge for transferring. Boo to you Aeroplan and thumbs up to Airmiles.

But at any cost these points have value and I hope the story prompts someone to go get those points that may now rightfully belong to them
