Happy St. Patrick’s Day to all. Even thought true Irishmen wear blue on this day, tradition has dictated we all wear green, so go with it.
Every St. Patrick’s Day my memories go back to Ireland and my first visit.
I hitchhiked then and as a result spent a lot of time on the side of roads.
I marveled at the green green rolling hills. At the different hues of green that were presented in front of me.
Often I felt I was staring at a painting, often filling me with emotion.
I never saw a green beer but certainly drank a lot of the regular stuff when I was there.
I circled the country and even went to Belfast at the height of the Catholic/Protestant problems.
Barbed wire is not green
